Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use EarnFinder. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your country.

Each user may hold one and only one EarnFinder account. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending or held balance:

• Creating multiple accounts under different emails, names, or identities.
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or virtual machines to bypass detection.
• Sharing an account with another person, or accessing someone else's account.
• Registering on behalf of another person without their consent.
• Household exception: members of the same household may each hold their own account, but must not complete the same offer, refer each other, or share payment methods.

• Use bots, scripts, autoclickers, or any automated means to complete offers, games, or surveys.
• Provide false information to complete offers or surveys (e.g. fake demographic data).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass any advertiser's tracking.
• Charge back, dispute, or fraudulently reverse any payout received.
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users in the public chat or support channels.
• Post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content anywhere on the Service.

• Rewards are credited only after our advertising partners confirm completion. This can take from minutes up to 30 days.
• Reversed, chargeback, or fraud-flagged conversions will be deducted from your balance.
• Minimum cashout thresholds and available payout methods are shown in your dashboard and may change at any time.
• Cashouts may be delayed for manual review; we may require identity verification (KYC) before releasing funds.
• Balances have no cash value until paid out and may be forfeited if these Terms are violated.
